Introduce the sixty-six (66) books of the Bible and the important events, periods, and personalities that

led to the development of the Bible in its present form.

1086 – Church History in Acts ~ (Elective)

Focus on the development of the church after the ascension of Jesus Christ. Students will probe

information about the descent of the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost, and the spreading of the Gospel

from Jerusalem, Judah, Samaria, and throughout the known world. The prominence of Peter and Paul will

be highlighted.

Explore ways that the church can minister to singles. Introduce the students to the concept of singles
